个人简况：

副研究员 ，1972年1月生于新疆奇台 。新疆自治区青年科技创新人才培养工程计划入选者(2013) 、新疆“天山英才 ”工程入选者(2013
、2016),中国科学院“西部之光
”人才培养计划优秀入选者(2016)
。

研究方向：

干旱区土壤生态;植物抗逆性;土壤微生物;干旱区碳、氮等元素的生物地球化学循环。

学历教育：

中国科学院研究生院自然地理学博士(2005-2008) 、新疆农业大学农学硕士(2002-2005)、吉林农业大学理学学士(1991-1995) 。

工作经历：

2008-至今：中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所;1991-2005：新疆农业职业技术学院。
