个人简介：

何芸，博士 ，清华大学电子工程系教授,FellowofIEEE

1982年获哈尔滨工程大学（哈尔滨船舶工程学院）工学学士学位
，1984年获上海交通大学工学硕士学位，1989年获比利时列日大学应用科学博士学位。研究兴趣包括视频信号编码理论和技术 ，视频编码器集成电路结构
，以及三维视频图象处理和编码 。

何芸博士是IEEEFellow,她担任IEEE电路与系统协会之图象信号处理和通信技术委员会委员(VSPCTC,2003-)，并担任这个技术委员会的秘书（2006-2008） ，及该技术委员会的主席（2008-2010）
。她是IEEE电路与系统协会中电路与系统教育技术委员会(CASEOTC,2011-)成员
，IEEE信号处理协会多媒体信号处理技术委员会成员(MMSPTC,2005-2008),IEEE信号处理协会图象和多维信号处理技术委员会成员(IVMSPTC,2012-2014),IEEE信号处理协会信号处理教育技术委员会成员(SPESCTC,2012-)。她是PCS图象编码国际会议执委会成员（2001-）并任第25届PCS会议的大会共同主席（PCS2006） 。她应邀为多个国际会议的组委会分项主席，如ICIP(2017),ICME(2007,2008),MMSP(2008),ISCAS(2007-2010),PCM(2001),VCIP(2005),和EUSIPCO(2012)
。她是IEEETransactiononCSVT期刊2007年MultiviewVideoCoding专刊 ，2007年JournalofVLSISignalProcessingSystems期刊HardwareImplementationofVideoCodec专刊
