傅刚(FuGang)，男 ，1963年1月出生
，1984年毕业于山东海洋学院海洋气象专业，1987年获得硕士学位后留校工作 ，1993年被破格提升为副教授，1995年被公派到日本东京大学攻读博士学位。1997年获得青岛海洋大学理学博士学位
，1999年获得日本东京大学理学博士学位，现在是中国海洋大学海洋环境学院副院长、教授 、博士生导师 ，是中国海洋大学海洋环境学院主管研究生和外事副院长 。担任“教育部高等学校大气科学类教学指导分委员会委员”
、“教育部高等学校高职高专环保与气象类专业教学指导委员会委员 ”（教育部任命
，2006至2010年）、教育部本科教学水平评估专家等,山东省气象学会副理事长
。

一 、社会兼职

兼任中国气象学会第26届气象教育与培训委员会委员、大气物理学委员会委员
、热带与海洋气象学委员会委员、气象教育与培训委员会委员 、中国海洋学会海气相互作用专业委员会委员。中国科学院大气物理研究所LAPC开放实验室特聘教授，中国气象科学研究院特聘教授 ，中国气象局上海台风研究所和天津市气象台客座研究员
，解放军理工大学气象学院特聘教授，《山东气象》杂志副主编 ，中国海洋大学学报(自然版)编委
，并被JournaloftheMeteorologicalSocietyofJapan，JournalofAtmosphericSciences,AdvancesinAtmosphericSciences ，《中国科学》,《科学通报》等学术期刊聘为审稿人 。先后应邀到美国NCAR
、夏威夷大学、日本东京大学 、文部科学省的全球变化研究所
、筑波大学；韩国首尔（汉城）国立大学；中国科学院大气物理研究所、台湾大学 、南京大学
、中国气象科学研究院等多家学术单位作过学术报告
，参加过多次国际学术会议并担任2次分会主席。

二、学术研究

近期主要从事以下三个领域：（一）日本海极地低压，（二）海雾 ，（三）强对流降水的研究
。在包括MonthlyWeatherReview，JournaloftheMeteorologicalSocietyofJapan
，AdvancesinAtmosphericSciences，AtmosphericResearch等国际一流大气与海洋科学学术刊物上发表文章50篇 ，2001年出版英文专著一部PolarLows:IntenseCyclonesinWinter。这些研究成果对于丰富海洋气象学的研究内容
，提高对灾害性天气系统的认识水平做出了一定贡献 。1999年获国家教育部科技进步三等奖；有关极地低压的研究成果获得山东省教育厅优秀科研成果一等奖（2002年，第一完成人）；2002年获得过山东省优秀博士学位论文荣誉称号 ，并获得过全国优秀青年气象科技工作者荣誉称号
。2006年获得全国优秀气象科技工作者荣誉称号。2001年1月出版的英文专著PolarLows:IntenseCyclonesinWinter比丹麦哥本哈根大学教授ErikA.Rasmussen和英国学者JohnTurner合著的专著PolarLowsMesoscaleWeatherSystemsinthePolarRegions要早两年多(2003年4月) 。在东京大学的博士论文受到了国际海洋气象学界权威
，东京大学山岬正纪等教授的好评，称之为“従来の研究を大きく発展させ 、多くの重要な知見を得た優れた研究である
”(将以往的研究成果大大发展 ，得到了许多重要的知见的优秀研究)
。已经完成国家自然科学基金两项(基金号分别为40275033和40240420564)
，目前主持国家自然科学基金，国家科技部“863”项目以及中国气象局行业专项各一项。
