孟小峰
，1964年生，博士 ，现为中国人民大学信息学院副院长 、教授，博士生导 。曾先后赴香港中文大学
、新加坡国立大学、法国凡尔赛大学及INRIA访问研究
。主持或参加过多项国家科技攻关项目 、国家自然科学基金以及国家863项目
、973项目
，获电子部科技进步特等奖（1996），北京市科技进步二等奖（1998,2001） ，中国计算机学会“王选奖”一等奖（2009）等奖励
，入选“中创软件人才奖 ”(2002)，“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划
”(2004) ，“第三届北京市高校名师奖”(2005)。近5年在国内外杂志及国际会议发表论文120多篇
