张伦传 ，1965年生
，山东滨州人。1983年毕业于滨州师专数学系，1994年硕士毕业于曲阜师大数学系 ，1997年博士毕业于南京大学数学系
，2010年从中国科学院数学研究所博士后出站到中国人民大学信息学院校任教至今，2003年7月破格晋升教授
。

主要研究方向：量子概率及量子随机过程。

多次承担或参加博士后基金和国家自然科学基金

2009年 ，中国人民大学首届明德学者培育计划；

在2009年
，被北京市教育工会评为优秀指导教师 。
