RESEARCHEXPERIENCE

1985-1999Asanassistantin1985,Iengagedinpropagationandextendingthecitrusfinevarietiesandvirus-freeplants,wonthefirstprizeandthethreeprizesofthenationalscienceandtechnologyprogressbyMinistryofAgricultureandEducationCommitteefor“PropagationandpopularizationofsatsumamandarinGuoqingNo.1andNo.4 ”in1988andin1994.DuringstudyingforMasterDegree,IexploredandimprovedthemethodoftheshoottipgraftingforeliminationthepathogenofHuanglongbing.DuringstudyingforPhD,IperformedtheselectingthehighcontentofmedicinalcomponentsinGinkgobilobausingcellsuspensionculture,anddevelopedtheantibodiesofhaptenquercetin.

2000-2002Obtainedthefellowshipofseniorvisitingscholar,engagingintheresearchofCPgenetransformationofpapayainJapaninternationalresearchingcenterfortwoyearsinJRCAS.

2003-2006PresidedovertheprojectsoftheMinistryandProvinceabout“Detectionofpapayaringspotvirususingthecoatproteingeneprobe"and"Citrusvirus-freemicro-propagationandmoleculardetection“.
