三、个人简历

陈根，男 ，陕西省汉阴人 。博士
，兰州大学病原生物学研究所，副教授 ，硕士生导师
。1998年7月于兰州医学院预防医学专业本科毕业；2002年6月获得兰州医学院病原生物学专业硕士学位
，同年留校；从事医学各专业《人体寄生虫学》和《医学微生物学》的理论和实验教学工作。2009年6月获得兰州大学动物学专业博士学位 。目前主要从事有关模式生物秀丽隐杆线虫（Caenorhabditiselegans，C.elegans） 、黑热病
、肠道线虫感染、包虫病和幽门螺杆菌等分子生物学 、致病机制、遗传学和流行病学的研究工作。
2001-2005年参与NIH合作项目《parasitczoonosistransmissioninChina》 ，承担包虫病的流行与防治研究
。
2008年参与自然科学基金项目《黄河灌溉区湿地污水处理系统的建立及农业生态恢复研究》（No.30770390），主要对土壤生物线虫多样性进行调查研究。2008年参与甘肃省自然科学基金项目《河西走廊的高镍环境对幽门螺杆菌致病性及尿素酶遗传特性的影响》（No.0803RJZA073）
，承担幽门螺杆菌的实验研究 。
2010年主持中央高校基本科研业务费自由探索项目-面上项目《肠道杆菌影响秀丽隐杆线虫线虫衰老机制的研究》（No.lzujbky-2010-124），承担以秀丽隐杆线虫作为模式生物研究衰老的机制
。
2010年参与甘肃省自然科学基金项目《阿苯达唑亚砜及其对映体抗包虫作用及毒性研究》（No.1010RJZA103） ，承担包虫动物实验的研究。
2011年主持国家自然科学基金《以秀丽隐杆线虫作为寄生虫耐药模型的研究（No.31172174）
，负责课题设计
、实施和完成 。
2011年参与两项国家自然科学基金面上项目：《基于可视化复频宽焦超声诱导及靶向控制给药的肝包虫治疗新方法及作用机制研究》（No.81171632），承担靶向控制给药的研究 ，《黄河上游农业生态系统中复合污染物的环境过程及生态效应》（No.41171391）
，承担线虫作为指示生物的研究

2011年主持教育部春晖计划《黑热病在甘肃省陇南地区传播风险评估的研究》（No.Z2010083），负责课题设计、实施和完成。
