一、科研方向

主要研究活性氧 、活性氮和抗氧化剂在人类疾病，特别是在肿瘤和神经退行性疾病中的作用 。一个方向是研究肿瘤细胞死亡和药物抗性的分子机制 ，侧重于肿瘤化疗多药抗性的氧化还原调节；筛选有效的抗癌药物也是研究目标之一
。另一个方向是利用体外和体内方法来研究神经退行性疾病的分子机制和筛选有效的神经保护药物。
ResearchInterests：
Myresearchinterestsareintheroleofreactiveoxygenspecies,reactivenitrogenspeciesandantioxidantsinhumandiseases,especiallycancerandneurodegenerativediseases.Oneareafocusesonthemolecularmechanismoftumorcelldeathanddrugresistance,especiallyredoxregulationofmultidrugresistanceincancerchemotherapy.Inaddition,screeningeffectiveanticancerdrugisalsooneofourgoals.Theotherareafocusesontheuseofinvitro,exvivosystemstostudythemolecularmechanismofneurodegenerativediseasesandscreeningeffectiveneuroprotectivedrug 。
