赵秋红
，北京航空航天大学经济管理学院教授 、博士生导师，北航“蓝天学者”特聘教授；中国系统工程学会理事、副秘书长；城市安全运行与应急保障北京市国际科技合作基地主任；城市运行应急保障模拟技术北京市重点实验室常务副主任；SCI国际学术期刊《ComputersandIndustrialEngineering》领域编辑(AreaEditor)；EI学术期刊《系统工程理论与实践》编委 。

1990年获天津大学学士学位 ，1999年获中国矿业大学(北京)硕士学位
，2002年获北京航空航天大学博士学位，为全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖获得者。自2002年起 ，在北京航空航天大学经济管理学院工作
，2007年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划
。曾多次访问香港城市大学和香港理工大学，并于2007年至2008年访问加拿大蒙特利尔大学商学院 ，与英
、美、加 、法
、日、塞尔维亚 、新加坡等国的海外学者有广泛合作。

主要从事供应链管理
、物流管理、应急管理 、启发式优化算法等领域的教学

，以及来自企事业单位的多项研究课题（物流园区规划、家电制造企业备件库存管理 、制造业产品质量管理
