、硕士、博士学业
，1992-1995，厦门大学化学系博士后 ，1998年在北京理工大学评为教授
，2000年博士生导师，1996-2002三次到香港科技大学合作
。2007年在英国布里斯托大学合作研究。北京理工大学物理化学国防重点学科带头人；北京理工大学物理化学精品校课程负责人；霍英东优秀青年教师基金获得者（1998）；教育部跨世纪人才（2002）；《光谱学与光谱分析》常务编委；《光散射学报》编委；作为主席之一 ，承办151次全国青年科学家论坛；作为学术委员会副主席
，合作承办15届全国分子光谱会议 。
