，注重加强宏观调控、市场监管和公共服务

“重审批 、轻监管
、弱服务”翻译为“emphasisonapprovalprocedures,insufficientattentiontoregulatoryprocesses,andafailuretoprovidestrongservices ”这种并列的成分要注意成分相同，不要说汉语意思对了 ，一个用了动词短语
