BEIJING(AFP)-Chinaofficiallyendeditsone-childpolicyonSunday(Dec27)withthesigningintolawofaBillallowingallmarriedcouplestohaveasecondchildasitattemptstocopewithanageingpopulationandshrinkingworkforce.
