工作经历

1984-1986年在湖南师范大学生物系任助教
。1990-1991年在中科院植物研究所任助研。1997-2002年在美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校从事博士后研究 。2002年8月起在美国俄克拉荷马大学植物与微生物系任助理教授
，2008年5月晋升为副教授，获终身教职（tenured）
。通过全球竞聘获任兰州大学生命科学学院院长 ，于2009年3月全职回国工作。是国家"千人计划"特聘专家
，教育部“长江学者”特聘教授 。获2013-2014年度美国弗吉尼亚理工大学农学与生命科学学院杰出校友奖
。

教学及指导研究生情况

给研究生讲授“PlantHormones ”;目前指导3名博士后，16名博士研究生、16名硕士研究生。
