CHINA’Snewhomesalesinthefirstfourmonthsrose61.4percentyearonyearto2.4trillionyuan(US$367.4billion),theNationalBureauofStatisticssaidinastatementonSaturday.

周六 ，中国国家统计局在声明中表示，今年前四个月中国新房销售量同比上升61.4%
，达到2.4万亿人民币(3674亿美金)。

Theratewashigherthanthe60.3percentrecordedforthefirstquarterandcameasaresultofthegovernment’seasingpolicies,whichincludedlowerdownpaymentsanddeedtaxcuts,thebureausaid.

统计局表示，该比率高于第一季度的60.3% ，是政府实施宽松政策的结果 。宽松政策包括降低首付比例和减少契税。

SalesbyfloorareaintheJanuarytoAprilperiodincreasedby38.8percentto323.2millionsquaremeters,acceleratingfrom35.6percentinthefirstquarter.

一到四月的房屋销售面积达到3.232亿平方米
，上升了38.8%，较第一季度的数据上升了35.6%
。

“Majorrealestate-relatedindicescontinuedtosuggestbrightsignsastheeasingmeasuresfueledmomentum,”saidLiJiao,aseniorstatisticianatthebureau.

高级统计员LiJiao表示 ，在宽松政策的刺激之下
，主要的房地产相关指数继续显示了明朗的前景。

“We’vealsonoticedaspill-overeffectfromkeycitiesandregionstowardsmallerones,thoughdisparitybetweencitiesremainsanissuethatrequiresattention, ”hesaid.

他说：“我们也注意到在主要城市地区向更小城市出现的外溢效应，城市间的差别需要我们特别的注意 。”

Realestatedevelopmentinvestmentinnon-majorcities,forinstance,rose7.8percentyearonyearinthefirstfourmonths,outpacingtherateof6.7percentformajorcitiesforthefirsttimeinabout20months,Lisaid.

Investmentinhousing,whichaccountsfor66.5percentofthetotalpropertyinvestment,rose6.4percent,acceleratingfrom4.6percentgrowthinthefirstthreemonths.

住房投资上升6.4%，占资产投资总额的66.5% ，较前三月的4.6%有上升趋势 。
