。而我的译文如案例一一样，十分拖沓啰嗦 ，不简洁不清晰
，译文把自己都绕晕了。同时也不够理解原文的含义，还是需要多看政府报告类材料 ，了解这类材料的常用语和表达
，大致明白其中内涵 。

原文：第三，我们政府投入的1.18万亿主要用于民生工程、技术改造 、生态环境保护和重大基础设施建设 ，其他若干方面都不在这两年4万亿的计划当中

”，费理解其他若干方面的含义 ，并加以补充译出
，而我只能照着字面翻译，自然会出现问题
。我的译文句子结构有问题 ，前面说的后面可能就忘了
，导致句子结构混乱；并且中间添加的不要内容太多；句子也有很多语法错误，说着说着不知道自己在讲的内容 ，整体处于混乱的状态。
