”strategies.Consequently,thepeople’screativityandentrepreneurialpassionhavebeenunlocked,andamassivewaveofentrepreneurshipandinnovationissweepingacrossthecountry.Thoseinvolvedincludebothpeopleatthegrass-rootsandhigh-calibreprofessionals,fromcollegegraduates,migrantworkersandreturnedoverseasstudentstoresearchers,technicalexpertsandseniormanagers.Therearevariousplatformsforentrepreneurshipandinnovation,whichattractsbothsmallandmicrocompaniesaswellasbigcorporations.Platformssuchascrowdinnovation,crowdoutsourcing,crowdsupportandcrowdfundinghavebeensetup,changingthewayofproductionandmanagement.Itallowsemployeeswithinthecompanytogetrewardsinadditiontotheirsalarybysharingtheircreativeideason-line.Italsogivesopportunitytomakersoutsidethecompanytotakepartininnovationandsharethebenefits.Asaresult,alargegroupofmicrobusinesseshavebeenincubated,andcollaborationsamongresearchinstitutionsthroughtheInternethavemadetheirinnovationmoreefficient.
